1) Remote Sales Person / Sales Assistant
TRANSLIT is recruiting an experienced Sales Representative working remotely.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in Sales conversion, time management skills, should be self-motivated, have experience with large corporate accounts, dealing with decision makers, selling to SMEs and big multi-national companies.
Other required competencies include: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, computer skills, ability to make cold calls, telesales, excellent spoken and written communication skills, experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Bitrix24.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a sales manager as the sales team will grow with time. The sales activities will cover all of Ireland and international clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and looking for potential customers (market research, LinkedIn, preparing databases of contacts)
2. Adapting to the company’s sales strategy
3. Cold calling and scheduling appointments
4. Sending promotional emails
5. Meeting with potential customers face to face and providing information about the company and its services
6. Dealing with incoming queries
7. Create a weekly/monthly sales targets and work towards them
8. Reporting: weekly sales reports and progress status
Expectations:

2) Remote Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of projects. The Project Manager works with the client to understand requirements and engages the team in the fulfilment of these requirements, making client solutions based on
TRANSLIT ‘s policies.
The ideal candidate is a determined but steady person, capable of building relationships across the whole team, with the flexibility and energy to prosper in a dynamic environment.
Internship Opportunity
Work placement / Internship for students
When working at TRANSLIT you will be given responsibility for different roles within the organisation, an opportunity to discover different areas of the company. Here you will be working with a wide variety of tasks such as translations, proof-readings, quotations, work with CAT tools, record-keeping, basic bookkeeping, customer care, work with CRM program, etc. You will be able to achieve working skills, in many fields. You can tell us your preference between our three locations: Cork, Limerick and Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
Currently, we have availability to accept students on an internship placement for 4-12 months.
Between the three office locations, we can typically accommodate 6-8 students during a year, cooperating with national and international Higher Education Institutions and student placement organisations. Each office has a manager. This is a great opportunity for graduates and master students to get work experience in a professional environment. We have received positive feedback from both students and sending organisations.

Interpreters
TRANSLIT is always seeking for new freelancers to work with and extend the range of languages proposed. Interpreters, narrators, and voice over artists are always in demand since we offer interpreting services between languages at medical/legal/social appointments, high-profile meetings, conferences and community based assignments around Ireland. Conference interpreters must be highly competent in simultaneous interpretation and experienced with the use of translation booths. Previous experience required.
