Background:

Over the last few years, we have witnessed a big change in Irish society with the arrival of people from various countries. In 2006, 10% of the Irish population were foreign nationals. About 200 languages are spoken in this country.

State service providers and private businesses have experienced an increasing demand for translation and interpreting services.

Qualifications:

Not many translators and interpreters who work in Ireland have relevant qualifications. This is due to a belief that interpreting job is quite easy and everyone can do it.

We ensure that every member of our staff has relevant education, work experience and/or completed courses. We conduct feedback sessions and occasional training.

Even the best translators can make mistakes. We always account for "Human errors" when doing quality checks of the finished work or during the process.
